Welcome! I am a Ph.D. Candidate in International Affairs, Science, and Technology at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, Georgia Institute of Technology. I am a co-founder and graduate coordinator of the STAIR (Science, Technology, And International Relations) workshop.
My research interests include economic statecraft, emerging technologies, the economy-security nexus, and US-China competition. My research is published in Business & Politics, Korean Journal of International Studies, and The National Interest in addition to the two chapters for edited volumes.
I worked at various research institutions in Washington D.C. and Seoul, such as the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR), the Atlantic Council, the Institute of International Studies, the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS), and the East Asia Foundation.
I hold M.A. in International Relations at Seoul National University, and B.A. in International Studies and Cultural Management (dual-degree) at the Catholic University of Korea.
